Why metal? Aluminum and metals have a much higher rate of recycling than plastics in Australia. Due to financial restraints, we are currently unable to meet large MOQs for a recycled aluminium tube. However, we have set ambitious goals to switch to recycled aluminum tubes by 2025 to
improve the circularity of our packaging.

We all have our kinks and so do our tubes.

Naturally aluminium is much softer and less durable than plastic, and while other similar
tubes often have a plastic lining inside them to avoid such dents, ours are manufactured without in order to comply with our own environmental standards.

We made a conscious choice to go with a non-plastic packaging option, due to ease of recyclability. Unfortunately the only cap options due to the material nature of aluminum does not allow for flip tops or pumps. We are currently working on a larger, more user friendly cap that is easier to screw on and off.

While we are committed to providing exchanges for damaged products, we
unfortunately cannot refund products that have been used or opened, or for change of mind.

Your order is packaged in our minimally branded shipper, just like any other parcel. Once opened, Bed Intentions branding can be seen.

International (via DHL Express) - typically, up to 7-14 business days.

To be B-Corp certified is to be a business with high standards of verified
performance, accountability, and transparency on factors from employee
