Radicchio cups with zesty labneh, yuzu pickled radishes and crunchy chilli oil were the first little awakening. Its flavour is bitter, creamy, sharp and bright.

Medjool dates filled with fresh goat cheese and dusted with maple caramelised almonds brings something more generous. Sweet, creamy, soft, with a little crunch. Comforting without being heavy. The kind of snack you reach for again before realising you have already decided you love it.
Medjools with almond butter, dark chocolate shell and fleur de sel was the more decadent and sexy twin of the dates. Justified as a preamble for an indulgent night ahead.
